Year One at The North Face, I led the efforts in elevating the Product Photography style guide which entailed collaborating with the Creative Director and remote studio teams on brand standards, upgrading proofing technology, photo settings, lighting, styling standards, retouching guidelines and archival process.

With studio and product team partnerships, I art directed and together delivered 50,000 assets in under 3 months while staying on budget. Conversion and customer survey scores were positively impacted by the creative update.
